Marquette – The Marquette Lions Club will sponsor a rummage sale fundraiser on Saturday, August 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of the Shunk’s Furniture Store on McClellan Avenue, next to Shopko in Marquette.
To donate items, call 226-4063 or 226-3417. Items will be picked up. Clothing will not be accepted. Proceeds from the sale will assist the Lions with health and social service projects in the Marquette area. The primary focus of the Marquette Lions Club involves sight and hearing problems, diabetes prevention and the needs of area young people.
