Marquette In appreciation for the blues, a Bluesday Tuesday event, a presentation entitled “It’s all Blues, from the Delta to Chicago to the West Coast” will be held on Tuesday, August 30 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Join Marquette’s own Flat Broke Blues Band for a musical cross-country blues tour. Each stop on the blues trail has left its unique stamp on the blues. The band will cover a variety of blues styles highlighting the differences and similarities that exist between them.
There is no admission charge to attend the event which is co-sponsored by the Marquette Area Blues Society and the Peter White Public Library.
