Marquette – A “National Day Out” gathering will be held on Saturday, August 6 beginning at 11 a.m. at Lions Field in Marquette Township.
The event designed to get neighbors and community members acquainted with their law enforcement, fire and rescue personnel. There will be food, games, a dunk tank, music and much more, including the Texaco Country Showdown, hosted by Great Lakes Radio, from 1 to 4 p.m.
Bring the entire family and find out what’s new in Marquette Township. Please bring your own lawn chairs to get the best seat in the house!
