rand Marais – A Creating Confident Caregivers workshop will be offered beginning Monday, August 1 in Grand Marais.
The six-session workshop led by trained dementia care specialists will provide participants with information, skills and attitudes to help manage stress and increase effectiveness as a caregiver.
The sessions are offered at no charge, and participants who complete the workshop may qualify for a cash incentive. Respite care while attending the sessions can be provided through participating area agencies.
