Marquette – The Marquette Food Co-op will offer a canning class on Monday, September 29 at 7 p.m. in Home Economics Room 126 at Marquette Senior High School.
Laura Songer will teach how to preserve various types of food to enjoy all winter.
The class costs $10 for co-op owners, $20 for others. Payment should be made to Marquette Community Schools, 1201 W. Fair Avenue, Marquette. Preregistration is required.
