Marquette – Hands Across The Sand will be held on Saturday, June 25 at noon at Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette.
Participants in this international event will hold hands by the bell tower for 15 minutes as a stand for clean energy and no more offshore drilling. This is the second year of this event, which was initiated in response to the 2010 gulf oil spill.
