Ishpeming – TOPS MI 0625 of Ishpeming will have an open house Monday, January 26 at Wesley United Methodist Church.
Weekly weigh-ins start at 4:30 p.m. and meetings are from 5:30 to approximately 6:30 p.m.
Area residents may visit local TOPS meetings, which provide a weekly weigh-in, instruction, support from members, awards, contests and incentives, and a maintenance program for KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly) members who have reached goal weight. A guest's first meeting is free.
