Teaching Family Homes of Upper Michigan, 1000 Silver Creek Road, Harvey, will host an open house on Monday, May 23 and Tuesday, May 24 from 3 to 6 p.m. each day.
Community members are invited to tour the 40-acre TFH campus, consisting of an administration building, four group homes, a two-classroom school with library and gymnasium and an outdoor recreation area with ball fields, pavilion, fitness trail and gazebo. Opportunities for rental of the facility are available year round.
The mission of Teaching Family Homes is to provide ethical, cost-effective care to children, families and individuals in need of services.
