Marquette – In honor of May as Mental Health month, a four week “Your Mind Matters” book study will begin on Thursday, May 5 from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Lions Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Discussion leader Lucy Olson, Clinical Practices Coordinator at NorthCare/Pathways, will host the discussion group focusing on the “I’m Right, You’re Wrong, Now What?” by Xavier Amador, M.D. The book is a practical guide to working around and through problems and relationship stalemates.
The study group will meet for four consecutive Thursdays from May 5 to 26, examining the book in detail to gain a better understanding of how to manage relationships to benefit everyone’s mental well-being.
