Marquette – The American Association of University Women will sponsor its annual used book sale Thursday through Saturday, May 5 through 7 at First Presbyterian Church, corner of Front and Bluff streets in Marquette.
Sale hours are 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. There is a $5 admission charge on Thursday only, and Saturday will be a bag sale. Selected silent auction items will also be available. All proceeds from the sale fund scholarships for women.
Book donation barrels will be located at the Marquette Community Federal Credit Union, River Valley Bank and at the main entrance of the Peninsula Medical Center through April 29. After that, books may be brought directly to the church.
