Marquette – The Marquette Area Girl Scouts will sponsor a silent auction on Saturday, December 12 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Westwood Mall in Marquette.
The auction features a variety of themed gift baskets. Also available this year will be a craft table with handmade items provided by Girl Scouts adult volunteers.
Bidders must provide their name and phone number. Bids must be made in whole dollar increments. The highest bidder for each item must return to the mall after the close of bidding to pick up and pay for their item(s).
Proceeds from the auction support Girl Scout activities and enable girls from low-income families to participate in Girl Scouts. For more information call 360-0431.
