Marquette – Telling the Vietnam War Story with Milton J. Bates will be offered on Sunday, November 1 from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Bates, a Marquette University professor and author, considers various historic writings about the Vietnam experience and how American culture influenced the recording of the era from 1959 to 1975.
The event is free and part of the One Book One Community Program.
