Calendar – Community – Women’s Presentations – Mar. 25

Marquette – Northern Michigan University will mark the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day and celebrate Women’s History Month with a series of March activities. This year’s theme is “Our History is Our Strength.”

Native American author Linda Hogan will speak at the Indigenous Earth Summit on Friday, March 25 at 1 p.m. in the Whitman Commons. Also, Dr. Susan Amato-Henderson will present a psychology colloquium at 3 p.m. in 167 Gries Hall.

The events are free and open to the public.
