Marquette – The Peter White Public Library’s DocuMonday series will present a screening of “Mad Hot Ballroom” on Monday, March 7 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room.
There is a program in many New York City schools that requires students to take 10 weeks of ballroom dancing. This inspiring documentary follows 11-year-olds from three schools in the toughest and most culturally diverse neighborhoods in NYC. This 2005 film is rated PG and runs for 105 minutes.
