Marquette – The International Performing Arts Series at Northern Michigan University will feature Mauvais Sort, a “folk ‘n’ roll” group on Thursday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m. in the Great Lakes Rooms at the University Center at NMU.
The young band members reinvent tradition by combining the folk inspiration and foot-stomping of accordian, fiddle and guitar with roll-style arrangements featuring bass and percussion.
Tickets are available in advance at all NMU EZ ticket outlets and at the door.
