Ishpeming – The Ishpeming Ski Club will sponsor the 124th Annual Ski Jumping Tournament and Nordic Combined Weekend Friday, January 7 through Sunday, January 8 at Suicide Hill and the Al Quaal Recreation Area.
The event will feature the NorAm Junior Championship and Junior World Trials. There will be a bonfire on Sunday afternoon.
The weekend button price is $10 in advance, $15 at the gate. Ages 12 and under are free. There will be a $10 per day gate fee without the button.
Buttons are available in Ishpeming at Wilderness Sports, US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame, Elaine’s Place, Jasper Ridge Brewery, Jubilee Foods, Congress Pizza, Buck’s Restaurant and Lofaro’s Food Market. Buttons are also available at Super One Foods in Negaunee, the Sports Rack in Marquette and from ski club members.
