Marquette/Ishpeming/Negaunee – The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter is conducting their annual Phone-a-Thon throughout the month of October. They are seeking donations to benefit the shelter and all the pets waiting to find their forever homes.
Anticipate a call and give generously. If you prefer to call them, operators will accept calls from 8:30 to 9 p.m. at 475-6661.
