Houghton – Tom Szaky – King of Trash will speak on Thursday, September 24 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Rozsa Center for the Performing Arts in Houghton.
Tom Szaky is co-founder and CEO of TerraCycle, Inc., producer of the world's first products made from, and packaged in, waste. TerraCycle has been named the producer of the most eco-friendly brands in America, received the Home Depot Environmental Stewardship Award twice, been featurec in Wal-Mart's sustainability report, and been repeatedly named the ultimate eco-friendly brand.
