Marquette County – The 2010 Ore to Shore Mountain Bike Epic will be held on Saturday, August 14, beginning in Negaunee and ending in Marquette.
The point to point race will have a 28 mile short course, beginning at 7:30 a.m. with registration at Lakeview School in Negaunee. The race will begin at 9 a.m.
The 48 mile long course will begin with registration from 8:15 to 9 a.m. at the Negaunee Senior Center. The race begins at 9:45 a.m. at the corner of Iron and Silver Streets in downtown Negaunee.
Youth races will also be held in Marquette at Lakeview Arena, beginning with registration from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Races begin at 4 p.m.
Pre-registration is required by August 12. Registration fee is $70, with family rates available.
