Marquette – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer a free class on the plantings along the Lower Harbor condominiums on Thursday, July 15 at 10 a.m. Participants will meet near the Mattson Lower Harbor Park playground.
Barb Kelly, the owner of Flourishes and the planter of the garden, will discuss the various plantings and plant characteristics.
