Marquette – An introductory Tai Chi Chuan workshop will be offered on Saturday, May 29 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Grace United Methodist Church, 927 W. Fair Avenue, Marquette.
Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements and exercises that improve balance, reduce blood pressure and improve flexibility. No experience is necessary.
Cost is $25. Proceeds benefit The Cedar Tree Institute, a nonprofit organization that initiates projects and provides services in the areas of mental health, religion and the environment. For more information, call 228-5494.
