Gladstone – The Gladstone Lions Club will sponsor a swing dance on Friday, May 14 at 8 p.m. at the Bluff Country Club in Gladstone.
Featured will be Big Band and swing music performed by the Gladstone High School Jazz Ensemble, a silent auction and 50/50 raffles.
Proceeds will help those suffering with visual impairment locally and globally, and will also allow the Lions to continue their work on various community projects, with a portion donated to the Gladstone Band Program.
Tickets cost $10 for adults, $5 for students, available at Bay Bank locations or at the Gladstone High School Activities Office. For information, call Bill Sjoquist at 428-1924.
