Marquette – A National Healthcare Decisions Day event will be held on Friday, April 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Skyroom at the Landmark Inn, Marquette.
Lunch will be served, and information about advance care planning as well as advance directive forms will be provided by the Elder Law Firm of Anderson Associates, Lake Superior Hospice and the Upper Peninsula Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty.
This event is designed to help individuals discuss their wishes with family, friends and health care providers, and to help them execute written advance directives (health care power of attorney and living will) in accordance with Michigan state laws.
