Calumet – Calumet Theatre’s 110th Anniversary and Annual Fundraiser “Silent Gala” will be held on Satuday, March 20 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Calumet Theatre Red Jacket Ballroom, 340 Sixth Street in Calumet.
Guest speaker, world-renowned photographer and MTU professor emeritus, Joe Kirkish, will give a history of silent films highlighting the greatest classic moments.
Guests are asked to dress as their favorite silent film character, in black and white, or business attire. Tickets are $60 per person with discounts available for groups of eight. Reserve your tickets today by calling the Calumet Theatre 337-2610.
Price includes hors d’oeuvres, beverages, presentations, door prizes, and a special buffet dinner catered by Chef Rod of the Miscowaubik Club of Calumet.
