Marquette – The Marquette Senior High School jazz bands will offer a concert on Wednesday, March 17 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Under the direction of Matthew Ludwig, the concert will feature performances by the MSHS Jazz Combo and the MSHS Jazz Band. Featured musical pieces include works by Duke Ellington, Mary Lou Williams, Steely Dan and Gordon Goodwin.
Students soloists for the concert include Emily Prychitko, Jeremy Bur, Paige Graham, Hilary Severyn, Roscoe Schieler, Jacob Bender, Luke Arquette, Claire Smith, and Aaron Bender.
