Marquette – Peter Claybaker, owner and head baker of the Marquette Baking Company, will present “Breakfast in Paris: Croissants and Other Breakfast Pastries” on Friday, March from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in Whitman Commons at Northern Michigan University.
This free seminar will include the history, the baking processes and a taste of the products.
