Marquette – “Boats and Lakes” will be the theme of the Second Thursday Creativity Series on August 13 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Upper Peninsula Children's Museum in Marquette.
The event is for preschool and elementary children and their caregivers, and is free with paid admission or museum membership.
Featured will be boat and lake crafts and activities. There will also be Fruit and Veggie Ventures, a special guest, unexpected music and more.
It also will be pizza night at the museum. Place an order for an extra cost by calling the museum no later than 5:30 p.m.
