Christy Beck, the Community Service Co-ordinator for the Red Cross of Marquette County joined us this morning to fill us in on a program that has been developed to train people to provide first aid to their pets. This program has been offered by the Red Cross to the people in member agencies, but has never been offered to the public here in Marquette County. The training session is an experimental one, meaning that if enough people show up and have an interest in continuing training, the Marquette county red Cross will continue to provide it.
