Marquette – U.P. Veg Resource will show sections from the DVD “The Wisdom of Raw Food” on Monday, February 22 at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Topics will include weight control, health/wellness, diabetes, detox/cleansing, optimal athletic performance and more. This DVD highlights the combined knowledge and expertise of doctors and nutritionists with testimonials from celebrities, athletes, professionals and chefs who champion the benefits of raw, vegan living.
