Marquette – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer Woodworkers Rally in two sessions on Mondays, January 11 through February 15 and from March 8 through April 12.
Workshops will be from 8 a.m. to noon Mondays in Room 137 of the Jacobetti Center at Northern Michigan University.
Participant will bring their own plans and materials, but may use the tools and machinery in the NMU wood shop. Instructor Cairl Moore will demonstrate tool uses, skills, safety, finishing techniques and some tricks of the trade.
Cost is $30 for NCLL members, $65 for others. Registration deadline is Friday, January 8, with a maximum of 18 available spots. To register, call Jan Hruska at 225-1871.
