Marquette – The Center for Upper Peninsula Studies at Northern Michigan University will offer a free historical walking tour on Wednesday, July 29 led by historian Russell Magnaghi.
The tour of historic downtown Marquette will begin at 9:50 a.m. in the lobby of the Landmark Inn. It will include the Landmark, Peter White Public Library, Washington Street, Marquette County Court House and St. Peter Cathedral.
The event is scheduled to end at about 11:30 a.m. at Doncker's Candy Store. For more information, call 227-2512.
