Marquette – A “Music is the Medicine” benefit concert for Colleen Madigan will be held on Sunday, December 6 from 4 to 9 p.m. at Upfront and Company in Marquette.
All proceeds will assist Madigan with expenses related to her treatment for cancer. There will be a silent auction, raffle, and other cash fundraisers.
The concert will feature Anthony Gomes with New Soul Cowboys, Biscuit Miller and the Mix, Flat Broke Blues Band, the debut of Red River Runners, Zada Doyle with Troy Graham, as well as surprise guests.
Tickets cost $25 and are available at Upfront & Company, Marquette Wallpaper & Paint, Flanigan’s Bar, Jim’s Music in Escanaba, Marquette and Iron Mountain, The Record Rack in Escanaba, The Music Tree in Iron Mountain, Radio Results Broadcasting in Marquette, and at the door beginning at 3:30 p.m.
Cash donations to the Music Is The Medicine Benefit Fund are accepted at all Wells Fargo Bank locations. To donate items for the silent auction call Lisa Temple at 282-3683.
