Marquette – A Traditional Music Jam will be held on Sunday, November 22 from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Join other local acoustic musicians for a community jam session celebrating traditional folk music. Bring your guitar, fiddle, banjo, bass, or voice to play and sing those great old time folk music tunes by the likes of the Peter, Paul and Mary, the Carter Family, Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan and others.
This is not a performance but an informal gathering for people interested in playing or singing with others who enjoy traditional acoustic music.
There is no admission charge.
