MSHS recently held their “Meet The Redmen & Redettes” night in the high school gymnasium on August 19, 2008. This was a chance for the parents to meet the coaches, get any pertinent information about their sons and/or daughters respective sports and for other school officials and volunteers to discuss important information about the upcoming season and school year.
MSHS Athletic Director, Mark Mattson, discussed important issues governing athletic rules and regulations as well as school and community expectations. He also discussed the remodeling of William Hart Field's entrance, concessions and ticket booth and bathrooms. Mark also emceed the event.
Booster Club President, Mike Angeli, discussed the role of the booster club and the need for volunteers and contributions.
Spirit Store Manager, Patti Tourville, discussed the important role of the Spirit Store and how it provides the students and community with an outlet to show their pride in Marquette Senior High School and its athletics programs as well as the important financial role it provides to the booster club.
Marquette Senior High School Principal, Bob Anthony, addressed the crowd of students and parents with his expectations for the upcoming school year.
