Unkle Ake’s Nature Art July 8

Marquette – Ake Larson, the author of “Unkle Ake's Field Guide” will describe his book of pictures and poems, detailing fanciful animals made from objects from the shoreline, on Wednesday, July 8 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.

Kids will have an opportunity to make their own creatures from natural materials, using imagination to see this wonderful world we call home.

The event is free of charge.
