St. Mary's Church in Norway will be participating in the Leif Ericson Fall Festival on Saturday, October 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT with vendors, cake walks, a bake sale, raffle items, and quilt show. Admission is $3/person. “Passing on the Skills” Workshops for $10 (fee and kit) will also be held and are as follows: “Redwork” with Alberta Kristoff from 9 to 11 a.m., “Broderie Perse” (applique) with Karen Lawton from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and “Hand Piecing” (Churn-Dash) with Marcia LeMire from 2 to 4 p.m. Participants must pre-register by calling 563-9130.
