Ishpeming – A flag raising ceremony at the new flag poles in front of Bell Hospital in Ishpeming will be held on Thursday, July 2 at 4 p.m.
The Elks Club of Ishpeming has purchased two 35 foot flag poles for the hospital, and the American Legion has donated flags, including a 6 by 10-foot American flag.
An American Legion color guard will perform the flag ceremony. Light refreshments will be served after the ceremony.
