The Marquette city commission rejected the Urban Projects LLC purchase agreement for the middle parcel of Founder's Landing. The rejected agreement shows a price of $825,000 for the land on which the Urban Project planned to build 28 new townhouses. Commissioner Mike Coyne comments on the difficulties involved in the discussion.
