(Marquette, MI) — The NTN Board of Directors announces the appointment of Jeni Kilpela as Interim Executive Director.
Kilpela has served as NTN’s Outreach Coordinator since 2023, where she has supported membership engagement, communications, and community partnerships. A dedicated trail user and active volunteer with the Superiorland Ski Club, she brings both organizational knowledge and personal commitment to the role. The Board is confident her familiarity with the organization and steady leadership will provide continuity during this transition.
In addition to her work with NTN, Kilpela brings more than a decade of library experience, with a strong background in customer service, public engagement, and community programming. She has also served for more than a decade as Event Director of a regional trail race, overseeing volunteers, coordinating logistics and sponsors, and managing race operations.
Lori Hauswirth concluded her tenure after eight years of service as Executive Director. The Board thanks her for her contributions to the organization.
