Marquette residents are reacting with mixed emotions after a long-time Marquette restaurant announced they are closing their doors. In a statement on social media yesterday, the owners of Barbiere’s Villa Capri Italian Restaurant announced their retirement and the closure, in Marquette on US-41. The family says after 58 years, they will be closing the restaurant permanently on Saturday, March 22nd.
Per their Facebook statement:
” With mixed emotions, we are announcing our retirement. We’d like to thank our loyal customers, many friends, and staff who give their all, day in and day out.
