You’re Invited to the 1st Annual Spread Goodness Gala
From the time you arrive to the time you leave we will be spreading goodness to you. Get out your fancy pants and sunshiny gowns for an evening of playful, elegant goodness!
You’re invited to the 1st Annual Spread Goodness Gala on Friday March 14th, 2025 at the Marquette Regional History Center from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
This is no ordinary fundraiser! There will be no raffle, no auction. Donated gift cards from sponsor businesses will be randomly given to guests. We want you to spread goodness to them by visiting their businesses and choose your own prize! (Who knows, you may find your new favorite store!)
A special feature of the evening will be in honor of the mutual celebration of Pi(e) Day. Sponsored by Select Realty and Andi Gorieski, there will be a Celebrity Pie Smash! We have four celebrities lending their face to be smashed with delicious, colorful pies from Peace Pie Company. There will be five pies per celebrity with live bidding deciding who gets the honor of doing the pie smashing.
Our special guest host is the always hilarious, overwhelmingly talented Alexandria Palzewicz, Kitchen Manager at Northwoods Test Kitchen and community force for goodness!
Our female celebrities are Jesie Melchiori from The Up North Lodge, and Andi Goriesky from Select Realty. The male celebrities are still to be determined.
100% of the money raised during the Celebrity Pie Smash will be donated to Six Feet Over, in honor and remembrance of Pat Bray, former Executive Director of the Trillium house. Pat lent us his face for our inaugural pie smash on March 13th, 2020.
Six Feet Over provides financial assistance, cleaning service & other support for families affected by suicide. Dave Aro brought local chapter to our community after loss of the close friend, Pat Bray.(Click here for more information.)
Your ticket price includes buffet dinner (catering TBD), 2 drink tickets, desserts from Peace Pie Company and night of “good, sunny” music. There will be surprises throughout the night to delight our guests! A cash bar will feature beer, wine, and cocktails.
