Kim Hantz, Education & Owner Service Coordinator – “Sprouting Seeds and Legumes” Jan. 29

The Marquette Food Co-op and the West Branch Fitness and Community Center will be hosting a class entitled “Sprouting Seeds and Legumes for Fresh Winter Eating” on Tuesday, January 29 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the West Branch Fitness and Community Center. The class, led by Sue Holtzmann and Kim Hantz will highlight selecting seeds and legumes and the length of time it takes to sprout each type. No registration is required. Classes are free for Co-op and “W” members, and $3 for others. For more information, call 225-0671, ext. 23.
