Marquette – Dr. Tim Hunt, of Bayshore Veterinary Clinic and a veteran U.P. musher, will be speaking about his Iditarod experience in this year's race on Tuesday, June 16 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Dr. Hunt has asked that all those attending make a donation that will be given to the Marquette County Humane Society. There will also be Iditarod memorabilia that Dr. Hunt will offer in a raffle.
This evening will be a way to share in something that few of us will ever experience. Plan to be there for a memorable evening and a chance to help the Marquette County Humane Society.
