Marquette – The Friends of the Peter White Public Library Book Sale will take place Thursday through Saturday, June 11 through 13 in the library's community room.
A pre-sale, with a $5 admission charge, will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday. Sale hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday. Saturday will feature regular sale hours from 10:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. with a bag sale from 3 to 5 p.m. Fill a grocery bag for $2.
Fiction, nonfiction, hardcovers, paperbacks, cookbooks and children's books will be offered as well as DVDs and audiobooks.
Sale proceeds will help support community programs, children's reading programs, special events and purchases not covered by the library's annual budget.
