Through a grant from AAA of Michigan, the Michigan Sheriffs Association is launching the STOPPED Program in Marquette County. Captain David Lemire of the Marquette County Sheriffs Department is the coordinator for the program and explains more about the STOPPED Program and what it is designed to do.
