Helping hands are needed for the set-up of the Marquette Area Blues Fest being held September 3 and 4. Able-bodied folks who can assist with set-up of the event are invited to go to Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette at 12 noon on Friday, September 2. Volunteers are also needed for Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4. For more information or to sign-up, call (906) 249-5126. Volunteers who contribute four hours of time receive a free 2005 Marquette Area Blues Fest t-shirt.
