DocuMonday presents a screening of the 2018 documentary FIDDLIN’ on Monday, March 9, at 7:00 pm in the Peter White Public Library’s Community Room on the lower level of the Library. In the Appalachian Mountains, Director Julie Simone and her sister Vicki film the World’s Oldest Fiddler’s Convention, examining the raw musical talent of this close-knit, multigenerational, musical community. The film is rated PG and runs for 92 minutes. FIDDLIN’ won 16 awards including Best Documentary and Best of the Festival Audience Award from the Breckenridge Festival of Film and Best Feature Film from the East Lansing Film Festival.
