Marquette, Michigan – NMU Closed Today 11/27/19 Due to Inclement Weather. The forecast is the weather will deteriorate quickly throughout the day.
From the National Weather Service: Heavy snow continues to fill into the region. Travel will be very difficult to near impossible as snowfall rates of one plus inches per hour and winds gusting to 30-40 miles per hour which will lead to significant blowing and drifting snow and whiteout conditions. Highest snow totals will be in the highlands of Western Marquette County.
The PEIF is closed.
