Alger, MI – This Thursday, May 30th at 5:30 pm we are hosting our Strengthening Families Parent Cafe in the Kabana Room at Alger Parks & Recreation. We will be casually talking about parental resilience, what it is, and how we can work towards achieving it, especially through taking care of ourselves (self-care).
Parent Cafes are a great way to talk with other parents, learn different parenting strategies, and make connections with people. You never know, you may even make a new friend!
We welcome ALL families, of all backgrounds, and all ages and stages (0-12 years old). Parents, grandparents, foster parents, guardians, caregivers are all invited and encouraged to participate.
