Houghton, MI – Two fisheries workshops will cap the east and west ends of the UP. These workshops are hosted by MI Sea Grant and MI DNR in cooperation with many partners. These workshops are designed for the general public, anglers, fisheries researches, and those interested in environmental issues. They will bring together a stellar set of speakers from across a number of academic, tribal, and government agencies. Topics this year include changes in angler demographics, lake trout studies, buffalo reef restoration, cormorants, prey fish populations, and much more.
